Our college Registrars maintain your student records and course data. They verify grades and graduation requirements. If you need a copy of your college transcript they are the people to see.
Complete the application at least one semester prior to completing your degree requirements. Once you submit the form, the results will be emailed to the Registrar's Office and a copy will be sent to your EICConnect email address.
Want your transcript sent to Eastern Iowa Community Colleges? Have it sent directly to EICC from your high school or college, or it won't be considered official.
Have it emailed or sent to Clinton, Muscatine, or Scott Community College at the following addresses:
For college transcripts, please fill out a Transcript Evaluation Request form.
Order your official transcripts online:
Transcript ordering is provided through the National Student Clearinghouse, a nonprofit organization serving the higher education community for more than 20 years.
Then select the appropriate term if the “Current Transcript” option is not selected.
Already earned college credits at another institution? Those credits may transfer to EICC.
First, have the college or university you formerly attended email or send your official transcript directly to EICC. Then, click the link below and ask us to evaluate your transcript. That’s a process where we make sure your credits are from an accredited institution and meet the same academic standards as our courses.
When we are done, we’ll notify you by email and you can view the results in your student portal. EICC only awards credit if it counts toward the certificate, diploma, or degree you plan to earn.
Please use a Foreign Transcript Evaluation service, and request a course-by-course evaluation of all your high school, university, and/or college transcripts. Please ask the agency to designate whether any courses were upper- or lower-level.
Most agencies will request official transcripts, which are mailed directly from the school to the evaluation agency. All services listed below are located in the U.S. You are responsible for any charges for the evaluation of your transcripts.
Eastern Iowa Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications for employers, individuals and other entities with a legitimate need to know. If you have a question or need assistance regarding a degree or enrollment verification, please contact the National Student Clearinghouse.
